Withdrawal Information and Returns Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The withdrawal function is labelled “Withdraw from contract” and the final confirmation button is labelled “Confirm withdrawal”, or with an equally clear equivalent in the language of the online store.

After submitting your withdrawal electronically, we will immediately send you an electronic confirmation containing the details of your withdrawal and the date and time on which it was received.

The electronic withdrawal function is an additional option. You may still withdraw by email or another clear statement.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

3. Returning Goods After a Withdrawal

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

A prior return authorisation is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. However, you may contact us at house.novara@outlook.com if you need assistance with the return process.

Please do not return goods to a production partner or another address not listed in this withdrawal information.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs showing the problem. Photographs help us assess and resolve the issue more quickly but do not restrict your statutory warranty rights.

In addition to and without limiting your statutory warranty rights, once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, you may choose between:

a free reprint or replacement of the originally ordered item; or
a refund for the affected item to your original payment method.

We will provide the option selected by you. If a reprint or replacement is no longer available or cannot reasonably be produced, we will issue a refund.

You will not normally need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item.

If a return is required, we will provide the relevant instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs. You will not be required to pay return shipping costs for a confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly delivered item.

There is no separate 14-day or 30-day exclusion period for statutory warranty claims. Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected.

6. Exchanges and Change-of-Mind Returns

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

For standard, non-personalised products, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable 14-day period and place a new order for the preferred size, colour or design.

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal because you selected the wrong size, changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

7. Individually Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification made by the consumer, or to goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements.

This exception applies only to genuinely personalised or individually customised products.

A product is not automatically personalised merely because it is produced after an order is placed. Standard products offered in predefined designs, sizes or colours are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal for this reason alone.

8. Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are subject to the same statutory withdrawal and warranty rights as regularly priced products unless a specific statutory exception applies.
