📦 Orders
How can I place an order?
Add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and payment information and complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. Regardless, you have the legal right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy.
How can I find out the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent immediately after completing your purchase to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within the European Union, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.79 per order.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to countries within the European Union (EU).
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
What happens if my package does not arrive?
First, please check your shipment status using the tracking information and contact the shipping provider if necessary. If the issue continues, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

How can I return an item?

How long do I have to return an item?
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods according to legal regulations.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
For damaged or defective items, we cover the return shipping costs. If the return is made without any defect in the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Are the products available immediately?
Our products are individually printed after receiving your order and then shipped to you.
What materials are the products made of?
Our products are mainly made from high-quality cotton. More detailed information can be found on the respective product page.
🎁 Gift Cards & Discounts
How do I redeem a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout in the designated field.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?
No. Generally, only one discount code can be used per order.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we plan to introduce them in the future.
