What is the return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Please contact us at house.novara@ sending anything back. Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
Personalised or individually customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Regular products that are simply produced after your order is placed are still covered by our standard return policy.
When will I get my order?
All products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. Recognize this timeframes as up to.
Estimated total delivery times are:
- Germany: approximately 7–15 business days
- Other EU countries: approximately 7–20 business days
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed by novara in Germany and produced on demand by selected production partners. The exact production location may vary depending on the product, availability and delivery destination. Producing only after an order is placed helps us reduce unnecessary overproduction. The current locations for purchase in the EU are Spain and Latvia.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over €50. For orders below €50, shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
